Mr. Chin graduated a BA (Hons) Law & Economics (UK) in 1994 and was called to the English bar as a Barrister-At-Law (Middle Temple) in 1995. He was admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 1997. Mr. Chin is also a fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is also a distinguished Arbitrator and an accredited Mediator at the Asian International Arbitration Centre. Further, Mr. Chin is an Accredited Adjudicator under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA). He is also on the International Panel of Arbitrators in the Chinese Arbitrators Association of Taiwan and also the Hainan International Arbitration Court.
