Melissa graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2010 with a LLB (Hons), was called to the English bar as a Barrister-At-Law (Middle Temple) in England 2011. She then returned to Malaysia and was admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2013. She has been an integral part of Chee & Co. since 2014.
Melissa specializes in areas of law that include civil litigation, family law, commercial law, probate and wills, bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Her vast experience in the legal field of bankruptcy and insolvency matters has seen her handling legal suits ranging in the millions and have assisted in the settlement of various legal suits. She is also well versed in family and adoption law and has countless litigation experience under her belt involving various industries.
